COURSE OBJECTIVES

This class is a comprehensive three-day training course focused on preparing the individual to respond effectively to mass-casualty events and other high-stress incidents. In these worst-case scenarios, you are the first responder and the clock is already ticking.

This course is designed for individuals who already possess foundational firearms training and are seeking to expand their preparedness, decision-making, and response capabilities in realistic environments. If you're looking to do more than just shoot holes in cardboard on a flat range, this is the course for you.

Training emphasizes the integration of medical response, firearms fundamentals, and individual preparedness, ensuring students can act decisively in the critical moments immediately following an emerging threat. Instruction moves beyond static drills and into scenario-based applications that challenge both technical skills and mental readiness.

The course is conducted at our private 100-acre training facility, Sierra 1 Site. Students will participate in drills and scenarios designed to replicate realistic crisis and immediate-response situations, including force-on-force drills with human opponents.

Training blocks include:

-Immediate medical response and self-aid considerations

-"Go bag" preparation and individual readiness planning

-Firearm fundamentals with an emphasis on shot accountability and safety

-Communication and engagement with local emergency response personnel

-Individual and buddy-team CQB fundamentals

-Vehicle-supported shooting and sheetmetal/windshield ballistics

-Low-light engagement drills

-Force-on-force scenarios focused on decision-making and consequences

-Movement, communication, and problem-solving in urban environments

Critical Threat Response is a scenario-driven course built for responsible individuals who understand that preparation extends beyond marksmanship alone. Safety, discipline, and preparedness are imperative when faced with a real-life emergency situation.
