Advanced S.W.A.T. Precision Course

Sierra 1 Site (SWAT training facility)

Ammo load out:

• Rifle-600 rounds
• Pistol-300 rounds

Rifle:

• Long gun (no higher than 308 or 6.5 Creedmoor)

*no green tip or AP ammunition *

Free onsite camping is encouraged for team camaraderie.

Course Overview:

Instructed by AZPOST/NTOA certified SWAT instructors, this intensive 4-day Advanced SWAT Sniper Course sharpens precision marksmanship, fieldcraft, and team integration for experienced tactical shooters through focused classroom instruction and supervised live/practical evolutions. Students will deepen their ability to read and apply wind/environmental effects to long-range engagements, plan and execute simultaneous engagement drills as part of a coordinated team, and conduct overwatch duties that emphasize observation, communication, and utilizing drones for target prioritization.  The course also covers long-gun CQB concepts to prepare precision shooters for operations in close quarters as well as incorporates construction and utilization of tactical hide sites.
